With more than a decade of experience in project management, Ezra manages the firm’s office service functions, including work planning, contract maintenance, project management leadership and IT maintenance.
“At FORGE, there is a strong emphasis on the utilization of collaboration and creativity to handle complex projects that mirror my own personal and professional values,” said Ezra. “Joining a firm that is so well known for its exceptional service, process and approach is incredibly exciting, and I’m so happy to be a part of this team.”
Ezra joins the firm after years working for PG&E in various management positions handling complex compliance and licensing issues for hydroelectric dams, environmental remediation, and environmental construction projects. His experience includes interfacing across teams and key stakeholders to seamlessly manage multi-million-dollar projects, training and mentoring associates, and general problem-solving to eliminate challenges and place safe, efficient business processes and procedures. Ezra comes to FORGE looking to help tie the natural environment, with which he is familiar, to the built environment and how each can complement the other.
“Ezra is an energetic leader with a strong work ethic and unique ability to blend technical experience with strategic concepts,” said Chief Financial Officer Andrew Wilson. “He understands the importance of collaboration to ensure that everything is done right the first time and that the client’s best interests are always at the forefront. We’re thrilled to have him on board.”
